**1. Growth planning & Performance monitoring (50%)**:

- Assist in growth planning activities with Marketing teams, including refining promotion schemes and branding activities.
- Synthesize monthly budget and actual Marketing spending to monitor scheme effectiveness via key metrics (CPU/ CAC, conversion rate, etc.)
- Monitor product performance on daily basis to ensure achieving business objectives, help resolve any arising issue (from users, partners etc.) with related stakeholders.

**2. Market research & Operational excellence (50%)**:

- Assist market research activities (desk research or user interview) to analyze growth opportunities and support product development process.
- Help coordinate business operation activities with internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Finance team) & external partners.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Be able to work full-time, at the office in HCMC
- At least 1 prior internship experience. Experience working in Tech firms, Financial institutions, Strategy & Operation will be a plus
- Well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint
- Resilient, humble, confident, and portrays a can-do attitude
