**Implement integration process with merchants**:

- Direct negotiations with merchants on integration terms: how to integrate, operate, and make payments.
- Guide merchants do online registration and submit documents on system.
- Verify the merchant's information to ensure it meets the company standards
- Create/ update merchant’s account/ ID on system.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Technical and Business Development to handle the connection, test the payment flow, handle arising issues and push implementation progress according to the requirements of each project.
- Support testing (user side & merchant side) and guide merchants to perform operations on Merchant Site provided by Zalopay (Merchant tool) before releasing.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficiency.
- Existing merchant: manage and follow-up merchant’s requests/ issues

- Detail oriented, hard-working, meticulous.
- Work well under pressure.
- Good at communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Perform other duties, as assigned by management.
