**Main Job Description**:

- Primarily handle cost accounting tasks to ensure accurate calculation of product and service costs.
- Collect and analyze data required for cost accounting, including direct materials, direct labor, manufacturing overhead, SG&A expenses, inventory data, production/sales volumes, working hours, process data, and equipment utilization.
- Consolidate inventory management data and information from the production department, and report to senior management and the Chief Accountant.
- Review and report cost-related data during monthly and annual closing.
- Conduct numerical analysis and make improvement proposals for cost reduction and production efficiency enhancement.
- Support accounting staff and assist in task allocation.
- Provide support for tax filings (VAT, CIT, etc.) and audit preparation as needed.
- Assist in reporting to Japanese management and headquarters.

**Reporting Line**: Japanese manager & Japanese General Director

**Team Size**: 6 people; Almost are around 30 years old

Yêu cầu

**Must Have**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Female, aged 30 or above.
- Practical experience in cost accounting within a foreign-invested manufacturing company (3+ years preferred).
- Solid knowledge and hands-on skills in cost accounting and inventory management.
- Understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
- Strong data processing skills, especially in Excel.

**Nice to have (advantage / preferable)**
- Holder of, or working towards, the Vietnam Chief Accountant Certificate.
- Experience supporting IFRS reporting or consolidation package preparation.
- Experience in cost reduction projects or process improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with accounting software (MISA, Bravo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with production, purchasing, and sales departments.
- English proficiency or Japanese language ability (JLPT N2 or above) is an advantage.

Phúc lợi

**Salary Range**: Gross 21 mil VND

**Bonus Scheme**: 13th‑month salary

**Probation period & the salary**: 2 months & 85% of the salary during the probation period
