Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong dealer and reseller network to enhance product distribution and market presence.
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the kitchenware sector to expand market share.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and resellers, providing them with necessary support.
Conduct market research, monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve product positioning.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on progress against targets to the Management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product launches.
Attend industry trade shows or events to promote products and network with potential partners.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years Sales experience with similar network Retailers/ Dealers, preferably selling consumer goods.
Strong communication of both English & Vietnamese
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
