a) Budget and Cashflow
- Assist the preparation of annual operating budget as well as funding plan for the company
- Assist Chief Accountant with the day to day, month and year-end operation of the Accounting including grant management and budget reviews & analysis; services for the projects in charge
- Manage/Follow - up all comitments with Bank/credit institutions
- Follow up and manage cash flow and bank transaction

b) Accounting
- Prepare bank reconciliations for review
- Review general ledger entries for invoices; check requests, expense reports, and vendor payments
- Review general lonciliations for review
- Monthly update actual amount to yearly budget/cashflow forecast
- Record and monitor fix asset of company
- Timely update information related to accounting laws, proposal for improving & implementing internal controls

c) Tax and financial reports
- Prepare monthly financial staments, cash flow reports and other financial analysis reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly tax report and other required reports from local authorities
- Support the Chief Accountant to work with external audit
- Examine the legality and accuracy of data and information on accounting documents
- Perform other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields;
- Fluent in English
- Good command in office software and accountant software
- Big4 background and experience is a plus
- Patient, detail, careful, flexible
- Well planning
- Able to work under hard pressure.
