Role Description

As a key member of our team at Supply Chain Resources Group, the Supplier Quality Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to verify material issues, align specifications, and drive closure of correlation gaps.
  • Communicate effectively with SQE teams and vendors to drive First Article Control (FACA) and resolve material shortages.
  • Manage correlation activities at CMs to drive closure of correlation gaps and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years of experience in relevant positions at consumer electronic manufacturing sites.
  • 5 years or above experience in Quality management areas for mechanical components.
  • Ability to communicate in Vietnamese, English, or Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in mechanical part manufacturing processes, including CNC, molding, polishing, PVD, sandblasting, anodization, and sub-assembly.
  • Ability to manage measurement tools, such as MTD, 3D scan, fixture design, GR&R, correlation, AIM, and ALT.
  • Project management and reporting skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Quality tools for handling material issues.
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership, detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on.
