Qc Supervisor

QC Supervisor is responsible for full quality inspection (incoming materials, sampling and finished products), issuing inspection reports, ensure that the quality of output is controlled and meet customer requirements.

质检主管负责全程质量检验（来料、取样及成品），出具检验报告，确保产出质量受控并满足客户要求

**Main Responsibilities/ **主要职责

**1 IQC (Incoming Quality Control)/ **进货质量控制）

1.1 Check imported components according to specifications/ 根据规格检查进口部件

1.2 Monitor the quality of sub-suppliers/ 监控分包商的质量

1.3 Supplier quality assessment/ 供应商质量评估

1.4 Defective material management/ 缺陷物料管理

1.5 Track technical changes throughout the product life cycle/ 跟踪整个产品生命周期的技术变化

**2 LQC (Production Line Quality Control)/ **生产线质量控制**:
2.1 Control and monitor LQC SOP, staff, and production failures/ 控制和监控 LQC SOP、人员和生产故障

2.2 Work with relevant departments to check and handle quality related issues/ 与相关部门合作检查和处理与质量相关的问题

2.3 Develop and update work instructions (SOP)and standards for inspectors and quality assurance technicians involved in in-process product testing/ 制定和更新参与产品过程测试的检验员和质量保证技术人员的工作指导（SOP）和标准

2.4 Training and assignment of work to inspectors/ 培训和分配检验员的工作

**3 OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)/ **出厂质量控制**:
3.1 Finished product inspection/ 成品检验

3.2 Report to customers and superiors/ 向客户和上级报告

3.3 Manage OQC documents and history/ 管理 OQC 文件和历史记录

3.4 Manage product revisions/ 管理产品修订

**Requirement/ **职位要求

1 College degree or higher, priority is given to those with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automotive/...) 电子专业毕业

2 At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position and managing a team of at least 10 workers in electronics companies/ 在类似职位，至少拥有3年以上工作经验。在电子制造业，有管理团队的经验

3 Self-motivated and familiar with the 7 QC tools

有上进心，熟悉QC七大手法

4 Must have Chinese or English speaking, reading, writing/ 具备中,英文书写能力

5 Good at MS/ 熟练使用 Microsoft Office

6 Good communication skills/ 沟通能力良好

7 Male/ female 男,女都可以

**Work time/ **工作时间**: 8-16:30 from Monday to Saturday/周一至周六, overtime pay

**Work location/ **工作地点: VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park
