- Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of products and services.
- Chiến lược mua sắm: Xây dựng và thực hiện các chiến lược mua sắm phù hợp với mục tiêu của công ty, đảm bảo hiệu quả chi phí và chất lượng sản phẩm và dịch vụ.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
- Quản lý nhà cung cấp: Xác định, đánh giá và thiết lập mối quan hệ bền chặt với các nhà cung cấp và nhà cung cấp, đàm phán các điều khoản và điều kiện có lợi.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Monitor supply chain performance, proactively addressing any disruptions or inefficiencies to maintain a seamless flow of goods.
- Tối ưu hóa chuỗi cung ứng: Giám sát hiệu quả hoạt động của chuỗi cung ứng, chủ động giải quyết mọi gián đoạn hoặc hoạt động kém hiệu quả để duy trì luồng hàng hóa thông suốt.
- Budget Management: Work closely with finance teams to create and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenses and cost-saving initiatives.
- Quản lý ngân sách: Hợp tác chặt chẽ với các nhóm tài chính để tạo và quản lý ngân sách mua sắm, theo dõi chi phí và các sáng kiến tiết kiệm chi phí.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the procurement of high-quality products that meet the company‘s standards and guest expectations.

- Inventory Control: Implement inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory costs.
- Kiểm soát hàng tồn kho: Thực hiện các biện pháp quản lý hàng tồn kho để tối ưu hóa mức tồn kho và giảm chi phí tồn kho dư thừa.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all purchasing activities.

- Sustainability: Promote and integrate sustainable procurement practices, including responsible sourcing and waste reduction.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor‘s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Bằng cử nhân về Quản lý chuỗi cung ứng, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
- 3 years of progressive experience in procurement and vendor management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
