The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our Marketing Data Science team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new data science-powered products and collaborating with our engineering and product teams to bring them to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead R&D for new and existing data science-powered products
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to take working proofs of concept into production
  • Provide technical expertise and support for non-technical stakeholders
  • Educate colleagues in other departments about the use of data science in marketing and advertising
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a highly quantitative STEM field
  • Strong first-principles understanding of statistics, linear algebra, probability, and machine learning
  • Experience with at least three of the following: regression, time series analysis, causal inference, statistical testing, Bayesian modeling, optimization, signal processing
  • Strong programming skills, and ability to implement data science solutions within a production codebase
  • Expertise in Python
  • Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a data scientist, ML engineer, or quant
