We are looking for a skilled Corporate Attorney to play a key role in our team. This attorney will provide expert legal advice on corporate initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Job locations: Any ITC Office (Global)

Position Overview: As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance on corporate law, compliance regulations, and mergers and acquisitions. This includes drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on corporate governance, and managing corporate legal affairs.

  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, including asset purchase agreements and other related documents.
  • Advise on corporate governance and compliance regulations.
  • Manage corporate legal affairs, including tracking and reporting on legal issues.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to corporate activity.
Qualifications
  • LLB plus LLM or Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state where you are located.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions.
