About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Head of Performance Marketing to lead our customer acquisition and retention strategies. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sustained new customer acquisition and long-term retention across all performance marketing channels. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to craft and place stories that inspire our audience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and guide strategies for sustained new customer acquisition and long-term retention across all performance marketing channels, including Facebook, TikTok, Google, SEM, SEO, CRM, and Affiliate.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of creative, analytical performance marketers who are passionate about driving business results.
  • Think strategically about the customer journey across all channels, making investment trade-off decisions that prioritize awareness, consideration, and loyalty.
  • Serve as the key decision maker for media spend strategy and mix, partnering with finance to allocate budgets and drive business growth.
  • Conceptualize and manage innovative programs across the customer lifecycle to drive repeat purchase, customer lifetime value, brand affinity, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Partner with data and analytics to institutionalize reporting that generates actionable insights, evaluating performance and developing detailed plans and forecasts.

Requirements

  • You have led a performance marketing team in a modern e-commerce, fashion, or direct-to-consumer brand.
  • You have a deep understanding of the Dolls Kill brand and our mission to empower individuals to celebrate their unique identity.
  • You possess a balanced skill set, combining creative and analytical abilities to drive business results.
  • You have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, motivating A-players, and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • You can communicate effectively across teams, stakeholders, and other key partners.
  • You can solve complex problems and work with limited resources.
