- Implement the management system and ISO 17025;
- Carry out tests according to international standards/client specific method;
- Prepare and organize technical testing results and reports independently;
- Involve in testing capability development under supervision of senior staff.

**Qualifications**
- Degree holder of Physics or any Engineering discipline
- Textile / Material / Chemical Engineer or B.A degree in natural sciences
- Familiar with ISO 17025 and accreditations requirement;
- Familiar with têxtile / footwear or consumer products standards/ requirements in various countries.
- Can conduct group tests for strength (tensile, tearing, attachment), dimensional changes, color fastness, fiber content, pilling, abrasion, flexing, sole bond, etcGood communication skills.
- Accurate typing skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer skills.
- 2-3 years’ experience in Textile / Footwear testing laboratory with VILAS/ other international accreditation
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Strong technical knowledge;
- Analytical mind and logical thinking
