**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

A Senior Office Operations is responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations. This role involves overseeing various administrative tasks, coordination and execution of facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Administrative support: provide general administrative support, such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Front desk operations: greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate personel. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Travel and logistics: coordinate travel arrangements, including visa processing, flights, accommodation and transportation. Arrange meetings, conferences, and events by handling logistics, catering, and other related tasks.
- Office maintenance: liaise with vendors and service providers for office repairs, maintenance, and supplies. Monitor office equipment functionality and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Administrative policies and procedures: ensure compliance with administrative policies, procedures and guidelines. Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Space planning and allocation: collaborate with various departments to determine space requirements, keep track the updated office layouts. Ensure efficient utilization of available space and make recommendations for improvements.

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

- Graduated from university. Degree in related fields such as secretarial, administrative, customer services, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position in a foreign investment company.
- English: TOEIC 600 or equivalent.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, good prioritizing, organization and communication skills
- Display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment toward completing assignments in a timely manner.
- Integrity, trustful, positive thinking, open-minded, good listener, ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
- Teamwork, autonomy, carefulness, detail and customer-oriented
- Neat is required and aesthetic taste is a plus
- Being able to join soon would be preferable
