・Ensure that the brand and distributor KPI is met on time.
・Analyze sales performance and promote monthly distributors.
・Drive sales through stock availability, pricing competitiveness, effective merchandising, and targeted assortment growth.
・Grow revenue and profitability by partnering with marketing development on offering new value-adding services to clients, optimizing commercial terms with existing clients, and scaling existing operational processes.
・Maintain close relationships with distributors. Interact daily with distributors to ensure timely and effective implementation of the strategy.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
・High proficiency in English or Chinese (both spoken and written).
・Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in beauty care field, ideally with a brand or distributor or with another enabler.
・Possess a sales experience - you understand distributor needs and drivers of performance. You leverage your expertise to advise brands.
・Strong interpersonal skills including presentation and listening skills allow you to build trust and lasting senior client relationships.
・Result-oriented mindset and take ownership in a fast-paced start-up environment.
・Agile and excel at cross-functional collaboration.
