- Conduct extensive research to gain a deep understanding of customer personas and insights and utilize this knowledge to craft engaging and thoughtful articles, landing page content, and other targeted marketing copy for the website.
- Manage content marketing campaigns on the website and public profile network, as well as plan the editorial calendar and content proposition.
- Develop content governance guidelines for writing tone, style, and voice of all marketing content to ensure consistency across all delivery platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO practices to optimize website content for search engines.
- Produce and monitor results on performance metrics and web analytics to inform content optimization opportunities.
- Continuously improve content quality and processes by conducting periodic content audits and seeking ways to refine techniques to achieve optimal outcomes and efficiency.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with strong writing, editing, and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable with conducting content analysis, mapping, and critically reviewing/auditing content, as well as generating content models.
- Strong research skills with the ability to use multiple sources.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Eager to learn about CMS (e.g. WordPress), SEO, digital tools, and platforms to track, analyze, and report on content performance.
- Keen interest in organizational goals and targets.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and a positive, can-do attitude.
