**Mô tả công việc cơ bản**
- Lên ý tưởng, chỉ đạo các công việc quay và dựng video hình ảnh của dự án
- Phụ trách dựng phim và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để nắm bắt, thấu hiểu, sản xuất và tạo dựng video có tính truyền tải cao trên các nền tảng: Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram
- Hợp tác với các thành viên trong Team MKT trong việc sáng tạo kịch bản, tham gia tư vấn kịch bản để quay video clip, chụp ảnh.
- Chịu trách nhiệm trong việc setup bối cảnh, đạo cụ, ánh sáng quay video, chụp ảnh và chất lượng kỹ thuật đầu ra cho video, hình ảnh.
- Giám sát, quản lý và điều phối tiến độ công việc của các thành viên trong Team Media đảm bảo theo tiến độ kế hoạch: quản lý lịch trình sản xuất, quản lý KPI của Team
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận sản xuất và các bộ phận khác để nắm bắt, thấu hiểu, sản xuất và tạo dựng video có tính truyền tải cao

**Yêu cầu ứng viên**
- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 01 năm ở vị trí tương đương
- Đã tốt nghiệp thiết kế, quay dựng, marketing hoặc ứng viên đã học qua các khóa đào tạo dựng phim, Multimedia, Thiết kế đồ họa, mỹ thuậtlà một lợi thế.
- Quay dựng thành thạo
- Nhiệt tình và có trách nhiệm trong công việc
- Tư duy sáng tạo, chủ động trong công việc
- Biết chụp ảnh, sửa ảnh bằng điện thoại/máy ảnh DSLR, biết quay dựng video chuyên nghiệp
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên có hiểu biết về Marketing.
- Phù hợp các bạn theo đuổi ngành Marketing/ Media/ Đa phương tiện

Số giờ dự kiến: 30 mỗi tuần
