**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 12 - 17 triệu VNĐ)

Chịu trách nhiệm hoàn toàn về việc vận hành và quản lý cửa hàng tiktok, bao gồm lập kế hoạch tổng thể, lập kế hoạch hoạt động tiếp thị, quảng bá sản phẩm, v.v.;
Chịu trách nhiệm về dữ liệu cửa hàng tiktok, bao gồm: lưu lượng truy cập, tỷ lệ nhấp, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi, v.v., lập báo cáo và đề xuất chiến lược cải tiến, thu thập dữ liệu vận hành cửa hàng và thông tin thị trường, thu thập số liệu thống kê và phân tích dữ liệu và hiệu ứng khuyến mãi, điều chỉnh kịp thời hoạt động của cửa hàng và tối ưu hóa chất lượng hoạt động.

Tối ưu hóa điểm số cửa hàng, theo dõi dữ liệu tiếp thị, dữ liệu giao dịch, quản lý khách hàng và quản lý hàng hóa hàng ngày, đưa ra các biện pháp cải tiến tiếp thị kịp thời và đưa ra phương án cải tiến khả thi;
Chịu trách nhiệm tìm kiếm KOLs/KOCs, người host livestream tài năng, chủ động liên hệ với họ để đàm phán hợp tác, duy trì mối quan hệ với họ, thiết lập và mở rộng nguồn lực truyền thông mới;
Hoàn thành nhiệm vụ được giao.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, kỹ năng tiếng Trung tốt (viết/nói) là bắt buộc;
2.. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm vận hành tiktok trên 1 năm;
3. Ưu tiên có tài năng, nguồn lực ;
4. Với khả năng vận hành, tiếp thị, lập kế hoạch, phân tích dữ liệu tốt;
5. Có tinh thần làm việc nhóm và trách nhiệm cao, làm việc tích cực, khả năng giao tiếp và phối hợp và thực thi tốt.
