**Recruitment Consultant**, you will be building, curating, and consulting our talent community, helping them to discover great opportunities and match them up to great companies.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Talk to clients and understand the profile of talent they need
- Juggling dozens of hiring processes simultaneously, including providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward
- Track data and provide feedback to the team that will make the marketplace and recruiting process more efficient

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- 1 - 2 year of experience working within headhunting, recruitment, or sales experience (IT, Manufacturing experience is a strong plus)
- A people person and high EQ
- Superb written and verbal communication
- Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating
- Team player: Willing to work for the greater good
- Focused on results
