**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the delivery of high-quality workplace soft services including but not restricted to workplace well-being, workplace auditing, Flexiwork (hybrid working model), office setup & development, legal affairs, expat relocating, business domestic/overseas trip arrangements; foreign visitors hosting, and in-house engagement activities.
- Act as Administrative Business Partner to KMS entity(s) to provide dedicated workplace soft services at full scope and be the point of contact for workplace day-to-day operations feedback or matters.
- Coordinates with the IT Apps team to determine and brief new as well as develop, enhance, and/or maintain technology tools for Admin operations.
- Understand & implement relevant processes and procedures to make sure all assigned tasks are undertaken with high consistency & standards.
- Pilot and develop new and innovative ways to improve workplace service experience. Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners, team members and stakeholders to support the delivery of service excellence, continuously evaluating existing processes and systems to identify areas of improvement.
- Serve as the window for employees in sharing their feedback and challenges relating to the workplace in order to address their needs and issues in a timely manner.
- Take on occasional stretch assignments, initiatives, projects, and engagement activities (partner with HR) to support on an ad-hoc basis.
- Advise Line Manager on planning to ensure the team goals are met.
- Other duties as may be requested by the Line Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- ** At least 03 years** of working in the Administration field in high-tech and/or international/multinational working environments. Experienced in managing small-scale projects from pre-planning to execution is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve group goals.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, including time management and the ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks proactively.
- Demonstrated good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated mindset and experience in consistently enhancing, innovating, and bringing new ideas to the table - both strategic and areas of execution.
- High availability for urgent 24/7 requests and the ability to work with people in different time zones.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation, liaison, and excellent communication with all levels across the organization in both written and oral in English and Vietnamese.
- High-level technical computer skills with Google Suite and/or MS Office Suite. Experienced with Mailchimp and/or Canva is preferred.
- Experience in organizing engagement activities for employees is a plus.
- Can-do attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
- Possess high integrity and strong business ethics.
- Willing to learn and self-development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent qualification is preferred.
