**Job overview**:
The Assistant Head of Secondary School is a key leadership role dedicated to ensuring the successful delivery and growth of our academic and pastoral provision within the school. This position oversees curriculum development, student support, as well as our teachers’ professional learning and development. Alongside the Head of Secondary, Deputy Head Teacher and Assistant Head (IBDPC), the Assistant Head leads key members of the academic and pastoral teams, ensuring the quality of our provision and standards of teaching and learning enable all students to create their future.

As a member of the Secondary School Leadership Team, the Assistant Head of Secondary School also drives strategic initiatives and contributes to whole-school decision-making. By collaborating with departments, parents, and students, the Assistant Head fosters a cohesive and supportive community of lifelong learners. This role provides a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives and the school community.
