1. Mục tiêu công việc của Regional Head Teaching Assistant (RHTA - Quản lý Trợ giảng)
- Quản lý các trợ giảng trong khu vực được phân công để đảm bảo chất lượng giờ dạy, hỗ trợ tốt giáo viên nước ngoài và ngày càng nâng cao chất lượng chương trình giảng dạy

2. Nhiệm vụ
- Phỏng vấn, tuyển chọn, đào tạo trợ giảng mới, có kế hoạch bồi dưỡng trợ giảng định kì trong suốt năm học
- Cập nhật tình hình hàng tuần với các trợ giảng, dự giờ và đánh giá ít nhất 2 lần/học kì
- Hỗ trợ trợ giảng giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh bao gồm những bất cập về học sinh, giáo viên nước ngoài, mối quan hệ giữa trợ giảng và nhà trường, cơ sở vật chất...
- Kiểm tra và chấm bài tập về nhà cho học sinh thuộc các nhóm lớp được phân công
- Dạy các nhóm lớp được phân công (8 - 10 tiết mỗi tuần) và tạo điều kiện cho các trợ giảng khác được dự giờ
3. Thời gian & Địa điểm làm việc:

- Thời gian: 8h30 - 17h30 từ Thứ Hai đến Thứ Sáu
- Địa điểm làm việc: 34T Hoàng Đạo Thúy

**Chức vụ**: Trưởng nhóm/Trưởng phòng

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Độ tuổi từ 28 trở lên, tốt nghiệp Đại học chính quy chuyên ngành Sư phạm/ Ngôn ngữ Anh
- Giao tiếp tốt, nhanh nhẹn, Tiếng Anh thành thạo cả 4 kĩ năng
- Có kinh nghiệm dạy học/ trợ giảng từ 3 năm trở lên
- Đã có kinh nghiệm quản lý và điều phối trợ giảng hoặc giáo viên từ 1 năm trở lên, ưu tiên các bạn có kinh nghiệm trong công tác tuyển dụng và đào tạo trợ giảng
- Có tinh thần học hỏi và thái độ tích cực khi giải quyết các vấn đề
- Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng tốt: MS Office, Power Point, Google Suits
- Không ngại di chuyển liên tục
