**WHAT IS THIS POSITION IS ABOUT?**
You will support Trade Strategy Manager to implement Consumer Activation strategy by developing digital tools for Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) team to improve consumer engagement. You will be fully responsible for development and management of DTC Application, including driving internal alignment and communication with relevant functions, such as Legal/ CA&C, SI&BI, Finance (PPO) and Marketing & Sales organization. This position will also be responsible for tracking allocated Trade Strategy spending and manage monthly phasing to be in line with the given budget plan.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
**DTC ROI analysis and planning support**
- Review DTC human resource allocation / ROI by province and propose potential enhancement plan to line manager with solid business insight and analysis
- Support development of DTC incentive plan with close collaboration with line manager and field marketing managers to ensure payout scheme supports achievement of commercial objective and is in line with pay-for-performance concept
- Collaborate with Field Marketing team and vendor to ensure timely support on DTC recruitment/human resoure reallocation per aligned business directions
**DTC tools sourcing and usage tracking**
- Follow PPO process to source DTC Uniform, Toolkits & Activation gifts to support DTC deliver Brand awareness, Multi-packs trials & Conversion. Constantly monitor new trends/competitor initiatives/legal sensitivity to propose recommentations (eg. Digital Payment, Redeemable Voucher, Loyalty points, etc.)
- Manage DTC gift inventory and share monthly tracking analysis to ensure optimal inventory management and propose action plans to improve ROI
**DTC app management**
**DTC activation effectiveness tracking**
- Consolidate data and provide Monthly DTC Effectiveness Dashboard for field team to track DTC performance.
- Lead the organization and implementation of Conversion Call Center to track effectiveness of DTC activation and deliver monthly report and analysis.
- Support Manager to analyze data and provide recommendation for DTC activation (ex. frequency, channel, scheme, territory...) to improve effectiveness.
**Field visit and DTC insight sharing**
- Being the bridge between Trade Strategy team and DTC team with bi-weekly field visits, audit & training sessions, to ensure (1) deep understanding of consumer behavior and effectiveness of DTC scheme, (2) full implementation and speedy adaptation of all DTC working tools on-field and (3) competitor initiatives
**Budget management & Ad-hoc projects**:
- Support Manager in budget planning and consolidate spending plan which is given for Trade Activation activities and continuously update YTD Actual records versus spending plan to ensure the best possible use of given budget.
- Ad hoc projects: research, analysis or training/ workshop.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Bachelor in Business or equivalent is required
- At least 3-year experience of working in fast moving consumer goods within trade/brand role or Management Trainee program; or in in account/project management in agency for major FMCG clients.
- Experience in tobacco industry or dark market is an advantage.
- Good or Fluent English (required)
- High proficiency of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (basic function) is an advantage.
- A good understanding of consumer & trade marketing activities is essential.
- Possess good project management skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Possess creativity with a sense of style and aesthetics for DTC Uniform, Toolkits and Gifts.
- Excellent execution monitoring skills. Ability to define and achieve objectives under minimum supervision.
- Perseverance, passionate, can work under pressure.
