**Leader AI Engineer **(Full-time)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Growing, leading, and managing the AI engineering team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into system requirements
- Developing and implementing AI models for NLP, automated scoring, speech recognition
- Overseeing project management including planning, coordinating, and executing tasks effectively
- Conducting research to identify new trends in AI and incorporate them into our product development
- Conducting regular health checks and system diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Continually monitoring AI systems and implementing improvements for efficiency, scalability, and stability

**Requirements**:

- General requirements
- Proven experience in team leadership and management
- Proven experience in project management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Technical & domain requirements
- Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with standard NLP tasks (such as language model, text classification, etc.)
- Ability to use and modify AI frameworks (fairseq, Huggingface, etc.)
- Excellent research skills, able to identify and integrate new AI trends into our operations
- Proficiency in the latest LLM models (ChatGPT, GPT-4, Bard, etc.) and open-source ones (Alpaca, LLaMA, etc.)
- Good English proficiency: Minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent
- Prompt engineering skills are preferred
- Experience in MLops (Kubeflow, BentoML, etc.) is preferred
- Having degree(s) in IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is preferred
