- Thực hiện các chiến lược/kế hoạch để duy trì hiệu suất tốt và quản lý nhóm để thúc đẩy doanh số bán hàng đạt KPI./ Conduct strategies/ plans to maintain good performance and manage team to push sales meet KPIs
- Nghiên cứu và phân tích sâu thị trường trên Sàn thương mại điện tử nhằm đề xuất chiến lược ngắn hạn và dài hạn cho sản phẩm của công ty./ Deeply Research and Analysis market on E-commerce Platform in order to propose short term and long-term strategy for product of company
- Cập nhật và bắt kịp xu hướng thị trường & chiến lược công ty để tư vấn phương pháp phát triển và bán sản phẩm./ Update and catch up market trend & company strategy to consult new product development and selling method
- Phân tích, theo dõi, báo cáo số liệu, đề xuất phương án, chiến dịch Marketing./ Analyze, track, report data, propose marketing methods and campaigns
- Giám sát và phân công nhiệm vụ/dự án cho các thành viên trong nhóm./ Supervise and assign tasks/projects to team members.
- Phối hợp với nhóm Marketing để đánh giá hiệu quả của chiến dịch/chiến lược tiếp thị và điều chỉnh ngân sách tiếp thị./ Coordinate with Marketing team to evaluate efficiency of marketing campaign/ strategy, and regulate marketing budget
- Chuẩn bị báo cáo và phân tích bán hàng theo tuần, tháng và quý./ Prepare sales report & analysis by week, month and quarter.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ hoặc dự án khác theo sự phân công của lãnh đạo/quản lý cấp cao./ Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by senior leader/ manager.

- Làm việc tốt dưới áp lực cao và thích nghi với sự thay đổi của môi trường./Work well under intense pressure and adapt to an innovative.
- Time: Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm; Saturday: 9am-12pm.
