**About Lemon8**:
Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including food, fashion, beauty, skincare, travel, and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments, and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.

**Team Introduction**:
The Content team collaborates with creators and deep dive into the categories. We are tasked with building Lemon8 verticals including Beauty, Fashion, Food, Travel, Lifestyle etc and establishing a sustainable content ecosystem that fits local tastes and preferences. Creator & Content Manager is independently responsible for a group of content creators, developing strategies to drive creator success in each category. Also, lead the campaigns for each category and increase awareness in local markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, onboard and closely manage suitable creators to drive the growth of the beauty&fashion vertical
- Independently responsible to work closely with partnered agencies in beauty&fashion content draft checking, developing strategies for improving content quality and performance, and fostering strong working relationships with them
- Track and analyze the performance of on-hand creators through data-driven insights including but not limited to community size, active rate, content quality, product adoption, content views, and audience growth
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to highlight creators and support their initiatives
- Identify potential partnership opportunities in media, social publishers, lifestyle, and entertainment businesses and work closely with cross-functional teams to make them happen

**Requirements**:

- Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in collaboration-related work, including social media/brands/e-commerce/mcns, with proven experience in KOL or social content planning.
- Having a good connection with KOL & agencies, has an eye for good potential talents; If you are a creator, that would be a plus;
- A working knowledge of social media channels including Instagram, TikTok
- Has a passion for all things beauty and is resourceful in keeping up with trends on social media, blogs, online magazines or other media sites
- Professional English is a must
- Has excellent organizational skills, pays close attention to detail and is able to independently manage multiple tasks
- Result-oriented, good communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
