- Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và phát triển ngành hàng/ sản phẩm được phân công với mục tiêu tối ưu hoá phân phối và doanh số bán hàng.

Responsible for the building up & developing of the assigned category/product with the goal to optimize distribution and sales.
- Xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt đẹp với tất cả các khách hàng hiện tại và tiềm năng.

Building strong relationships with all our current, and potential customers.
- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai chiến lược phát triển dài hạn cho sản phẩm được phân công và bất kỳ sản phẩm khác mà công ty nhận thấy là cơ hội để bán ra thị trường Việt Nam.

Plan and implement long-term development strategies for primarily assigned category/product and any products we identify as an opportunity to sell into the Viet Nam market.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về lợi nhuận và lỗ của ngành hàng/sản phẩm được phân công & và bất kỳ sản phẩm mới nào.

Responsible for the assigned category/product P/L and any new products P/L
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với đội ngũ bán hàng để phát triển doanh số bán hàng, mục tiêu phân phối và kế hoạch tiếp thị.

Working closely with our sales team develop sales volume budgets, distribution targets and marketing plans.
- Phát triển doanh số bán hàng cho các khách hàng quan trọng trong các chuỗi siêu thị, cửa hàng CVS,.....

Develop sales to key accounts of supermarket chains, CVS stores,....
- Nghiên cứu và phân tích dữ liệu và nhận thức về thị trường.

Research and analyze data and market insights.
- Tìm kiếm những thông tin về nhu cầu và mong muốn của người tiêu dùng.

Search for insights into consumer needs and wants.
- Xây dựng chiến lược vị trí để tối đa hóa sự hiện diện của nó.

Strategize positioning in order to maximize its visibility
- Phát triển chương trình khuyến mãi và POSM (vật liệu trưng bày điểm bán hàng) phù hợp với điểm bán,....

Develop promotions and POSM are suitable with shop,....
- Nghiên cứu đối thủ cạnh tranh và đề xuất giá cả và hoạt động khuyến mãi phù hợp.

Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities.
- Làm việc với khách hàng để tìm cách mở rộng các danh mục sản phẩm mới.

Work with customers find new ways of expanding product categories
- Mối quan hệ với khách hàng, tư duy thương mại cũng như hiểu được những mong muốn và nhu cầu của người tiêu dùng cũng sẽ là một phần trong nhiệm vụ của bạn.

Relationships with customers, commercial mindset as well as understanding consumers' wants and needs and will also be part of your duties.

Yêu cầu/Qualifications and Education Requirement:

- Ít nhất 02 năm làm vị trị tương đương nghành hàng tiêu dùng

At least1-2 years experiences at the same position in Consumer Goods.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có tư tưởng phục vụ tiêu chuẩn cao

Good at communication, outstanding customer service mindset
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành kinh tế, quản trị kinh doanh, marketing

Graduate from University/ College, especially in business administration or marketing
- Giỏi về các công cụ văn phòng, Word, Excel, PPT

Command with Office: Word, Excel, Power Point

Kỹ năng Chuyên môn/Professional Skill:
Kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề, có nền tảng về phục vụ khách hàng, có kinh nghiệm hoặc kiến thức bán hàng kênh siêu thị và kênh truyền thống, có kiến thức về DMS.

Analysis Skill, Problem Solving Skill,Customer Service Foundation, GT & MT Sales Experience/knowledge and DMS Knowledge.

Kỹ năng mềm/Soft Skill:
Good business sense, Good Interpersonal and Analytical Skill, Result Oriented, Good negotiation skill, SMART’ and Creative mindset
