**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 1 - 3 triệu VNĐ)
1.Artist Discovery & Research
- Monitor digital music platforms (Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to identify promising artists.
- Assist in evaluating demos and music releases.
- Maintain ongoing communication throughout the execution of music projects.
- Research market trends and audience preferences to support artist selection.

2.Artist & Music Project Support
- Participate in internal meetings and discussions about artist development strategies.
- Assist in coordinating recording sessions, songwriting, and music production activities.
- Support the A&R team in scheduling and communicating with artists, producers, and songwriters.

3.Music Release & Performance Tracking
- Collaborate with relevant departments (Marketing, Media, etc.) to support music release plans.
- Track and report on music performance post-release.

4.Administrative Support
- Assist in organizing documents related to artist and music distribution agreements.
- Support the A&R team with paperwork and coordination tasks

- Passion for music and a strong interest in discovering and supporting Vietnamese artists.
- Basic knowledge of various music genres and an ability to assess artists and songs.
- Familiarity with digital music platforms and social media.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work proactively, adapt quickly, and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in music-related projects or working with artists is a plus but not required.
