- Furthermore Bosch opened its first Software and Engineering Centre of Southeast Asia in Ho Chi Minh City and an Automotive R&D Centre, located in Ho Chi Minh City in July 2014._
- Prepare Monthly Costs Report, Collect & Consolidate & Process Data, Analyze, Validate & Visualize Data.
- Prepare Meeting Minutes, PPT slides, Meeting Agenda, other tasks if required.
- Communicate and follow up activities with internal members.
- Support department meeting arrangement and log meeting minutes as well as follow up of OPLs with team members.
- Support team building activities and workshop arrangement.
- Support other auxiliary tasks for the manager, for example, expense claim, visa related document preparation etc..

**Qualifications**
- 3rd, 4th year student, entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period with major in Supply chain, Logistics, or International Economics
- No working experiences required, although students with experience in Reporting and Data-related activity is a plus
- Clear command of English (writing and speaking) in professional context.
- Comprehend Data and Figures collection/processing skills.
- Responsibility, Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in Power Point and excel
- Proficient in Power Query, Power BI, SQL is a plus
- Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative.
- Honest and responsible
- Hard work and have Continuous Improvement mindset
- Critical Thinking or Logical Thinking or Systematic Thinking skill is a plus
