Opex Manager

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for human resource management, including personnel recruitment, training new employees Opex team;
- Evaluate plans and strategies in the production and service provision of enterprises;
- Direct activities to improve productivity and quality of products and services;
- Manage the process of using products, services, and equipment in the enterprise;
- Optimize the process related to transportation issues;
- Plan and budget for each year and come up with solutions to overcome financial problems;
- Resolving issues related to internal complaints.

**Key Requirements**:

- 2 years of work experience in equivalent positions;
- Graduated from University/College majoring in Economics, Logistics...;
- Leadership skills, Teamwork
- Risk management skills, problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
- SQL, Power BI, Python
