**Key Accountabilities**:

- Actively leads department as a top-level resource for engineering and design principles, and is a top knowledge source for engineering tools and software;
- Needs to be capable of adjusting SOP to fit the team KPI while maintaining productivity and cost budget;
- Document changes to processes through process revision - Ensure on-time completion of all assigned projects;
- Responsible for developing and providing training for all production processes;
- Works with Opex Leader and other department members to contribute product ideas.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations/logistics / Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics IT / Programing...;
- At least 6 months of experience in the field of Data Analyst, Logistic for E-commerce;
- Proficient in using SQL, Excel, and PowerBI. Knowing other languages is an advantage;
- Ability to work under high pressure, problem-solving skills;
- Good at English.
