- Chịu trách nhiệm về thẩm mỹ và chất lượng chung cho các sản phẩm của công ty. Đảm bảo về tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cho tất cả sản phẩm của cty
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý và hỗ trợ nhóm thiết kế đồ họa để đưa các concepts, presentations vào cuộc sống. Hợp tác lên ý tưởng và có khả năng tự thực hiện các ý tưởng các marketing objectives sáng tạo.
- Tham gia thực hiện toàn bộ quá trình sáng tạo trong khung thời gian và ngân sách được phân bổ.
- Làm việc với các nhà quản lý dự án và các giám đốc sáng tạo để đảm bảo chính xác và thực tế lịch trình, đáp ứng đúng thời hạn.
- Lead presentations và truyền đạt một cách hiệu quả tầm nhìn sáng tạo.
- Cộng tác với các nhà quản lý, designers, content creator, các thành viên nhóm Marketing khác và các bên liên quan bên ngoài để đảm bảo các concepts, chủ đề và thông điệp phù hợp được thể hiện một cách hiệu quả và nhất quán cho các mục tiêu kinh doanh và các đối tượng khách hàng.
- Có conceptual, graphic design and page layout skills tốt
- Luôn cập nhật các tiêu chuẩn, quy trình và xu hướng mới nhất trong lĩnh vực thiết kế trực quan.
- Có kỹ năng truyền đạt và update xu hướng cho thành viên của team
- Chịu trách nhiệm về tất cả các cuộc họp trước khi sản xuất cho các dự án bao gồm chụp ảnh, chỉnh sửa video, phát sóng và thực hiện.

**YÊU CẦU**:

- Bằng cao đẳng/ cử nhân về thiết kế đồ họa, mỹ thuật hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
- 5 Năm kinh nghiệm thực hành trở lên về thiết kế logo, kiểu chữ, màu sắc, thiết kế bố cục web, sản xuất in ấn, lựa chọn hình ảnh và thiết kế bao bì; sử dụng thành thạo InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator hoặc các công cụ thiết kế hình ảnh và wireframe khác; có thể thể hiện kỹ năng thiết kế đồ họa với danh mục đầu tư vững chắc.
- Có khả năng trình bày công việc sáng tạo trong nội bộ và với khách hàng.
- Có khả năng cộng tác với copywriter và designers.
- Khả năng thu thập và giải thích phản hồi
- Một danh mục đầy đủ về công việc của khách hàng, thể hiện sự hiểu biết sâu sắc về mục tiêu của khách hàng.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp và thuyết phục các design concepts.
- Có tư duy phản biện
- Có khả năng xử lý tình huống nhanh chóng để đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ công việc
- Đam mê thiết kế; không hài lòng với hiện trạng và luôn nghĩ cách cải thiện.
- Có khả năng động viên và truyền cảm hứng để đạt được hiệu suất cao nhất đối với các dự án được giao.
- Tính cách năng động, sáng tạo, có hiệu quả trong việc thu hút và gây ảnh hưởng đến nhiều đối tượng.
- Phải hiểu thiết kế trên nhiều phương tiện - in ấn, kỹ thuật số, di động.
