As an AAP, you will be collaborating with the Art Director, Team Leads, Artists and Production Manager to effectively organize, monitor and track asset development for games. Responsible for the management of information flow during a project. Taking client requests, recording client notes and mentoring the progress of the crew are all part of the daily responsibilities of the Producer. In addition, Producer will serve as a key front-line representative of the company and frequently deal directly with client.

- **Sparx**, one of the leading external partners in the CG industry, is seeking a 3D Art Trainer to provide guidance and knowledge to our 3D trainee recruits, helping each trainee to reach AAA quality at the endpoint of the training program. **Roles and responsibilities**

We are seeking an experienced 3D Art Trainer to:

- Develop trainees’ necessary skills for 3D game art, such as modeling, sculpting, texturing, rendering, and Engine integration through teaching in classes and mentoring individually.
- Track and grade personal skill development of the trainees per defined milestones.
- Ensure technical and artistic quality outcomes of the trainee batch.
- Work closely with the Art Training Manager to optimize and/or improve the program to suit the needs of the Studio.
- Be a crucial academic link between Sparx* and external Art Training Schools in order to bridge the gap of quality.
- Qualifications
- 2-3 years of production experience as a 3D Environment or Character artist, including either modeling, sculpting, and texturing.
- Fluency of common industry Software such as Maya, Blender, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engines.
- Enthusiasm for teaching with a clear signs good communication, patience, creativity, confidence and dedication.
- Strong artistic aptitudes.
- Good level of English communication is a plus
