ONE-VALUE có trụ sở tại Tokyo, Nhật Bản và văn phòng tại Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội.
Là tổ chức chuyên nghiệp hiểu sâu sắc thị trường Việt Nam - Nhật Bản, ONE-VALUE tập trung chủ yếu trong việc kết nối, thúc đẩy mối quan hệ hợp tác kinh doanh và đầu tư giữa Việt Nam - Nhật Bản. Quyền lợi khi làm việc trong mảng Tư vấn chiến lược kinh doanh (Management Consulting) tại ONE-VALUE Việt Nam:

- Công việc luôn đòi hỏi phát triển khả năng tư duy logic, khả năng học tập nhiều ngành cùng một lúc, từ đó trở nên hoàn thiện về tư duy và kiến thức nhiều ngành nghề.
- Được làm việc trong nhiều lĩnh vực với các nhà đầu tư, đối tác lớn tại Nhật Bản; làm việc với các cấp lãnh đạo, quản lý trong các cơ quan nhà nước, doanh nghiệp tư nhân.
- Được đưa ra ý kiến và đánh giá như một chuyên gia giúp các nhà đầu tư triển khai business tại Việt Nam.
- Được theo đuổi dự án từ những bước khởi đầu cho đến khi kết thúc, đóng góp quan trọng vào việc xây dựng, phát triển và thành công của dự án.
- Được học hỏi nhiều kinh nghiệm trong môi trường open, thoải mái xung quanh là người xuất sắc.
- Đánh giá lương thưởng hoàn toàn theo năng lực. Mức lương thưởng hấp dẫn, cạnh tranh so với thị trường, thưởng lên tới 2 tháng lương/ năm.

Với sự phát triển hiện tại của Công ty, cùng với những dự án tư vấn chiến lược, M&A tiềm năng giữa hai thị trường Việt - Nhật, chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm những tài năng có sự quan tâm và mong muốn phát triển cùng Công ty trong mảng management consulting này. Với vị trí này, nếu bạn có tiếng Nhật và tư duy logic tốt, chúng tôi sẽ sẵn sàng đào tạo bạn trở thành những người bắc cầu kinh doanh thương mại Nhật - Việt.

Các nghiệp vụ bạn sẽ làm sẽ bao gồm:

- Tìm kiếm (desktop research, internet), tổng hợp và phân tích thông tin, làm báo cáo bằng PPT, Word, Excel...;
- Điều tra hearing doanh nghiệp, thị trường: Gặp gỡ đàm phán trao đổi với các cơ quan, cá nhân nhân liên quan tới dự án phụ trách (ví dụ cơ quan nhà nước, doanh nghiệp, chuyên gia ngành,...);
- Tham gia vào cuộc họp với khách hàng, nghe yêu cầu từ khách hàng và làm báo cáo, tổng hợp lên cấp trên;
- Xác lập tài liệu thuyết trình, báo cáo bằng tiếng Việt/ Anh hoặc Nhật cho các dự án theo yêu cầu;
- Hỗ trợ phiên dịch, trao đổi với khách hàng, đối tác Nhật Bản khi làm việc với dự án tại Việt Nam;
- Theo dõi tình hình tiến triển các dự án, báo cáo thông tin cho Quản lý trực tiếp.

**Yêu cầu ứng viên**
- Ứng viên tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành Kinh tế - Tài chính, Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh doanh quốc tế, Tiếng Nhật,....;
- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Nhật: Yêu cầu trình độ tiếng Nhật từ N2 trở lên (không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm đối với ứng viên tiếng Nhật;
- Có khả năng tìm kiếm, chọn lọc và đúc rút thông tin trên Internet hi
