Quản lý đội ngũ phục bàn, bartender và nhân viên bán thời gian

Làm việc với quản lý để xem xét báo cáo bán hàng và xu hướng của khách hàng hàng tuần, hàng tháng, hàng quý.

Kiểm tra nhân viên phục vụ luôn chỉnh tề, mặc đồng phục sạch sẽ và gọn gàng.

Đảm bảo rằng việc vệ sạch hàng ngày được duy trì ở tiêu chuẩn tốt nhất và việc vệ sinh hàng tuần được tiến hành đúng cách, để tránh tích tụ bụi bẩn, bụi bẩn và côn trùng xâm nhập

Luôn tuân theo hệ thống đặt hàng và kiểm soát hàng tồn kho của công ty

Sắp xếp cuộc họp hàng tuần với nhân viên cùng với quản lý để cập nhật tình hình hoạt động cho nhân viên.

Đảm bảo rằng tất cả chuẩn bị cần thiết được hoàn thành trước thời gian phục vụ và đặt đúng vị trí, thứ tự

Áp dụng quy tắc kiểm soát kho khô & ướt, nhập hàng trước xuất trước

Hỗ trợ đào tạo nhân viên và đảm bảo nhân viên tuân thủ các quy định của công ty

Kiểm tra danh sách nhân viên, yêu cầu nghỉ phép năm. Đảm bảo nhân viên thông báo đầy đủ về việc nghỉ phép năm.
