**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide support to Bar Managers and oversee bar operations in the absence of the Bar Managers
- Support and assist Bar Managers in the implementation of SOPs, cost controls, staff management and staff training.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests as per drink recipes
- Responsible for opening and/or closing of the bar
- Ensure staff understand and adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines set by the Company
- Ensure all bar equipment, drinkware, table top, etc. are being maintained and cleaned regularly
- Other ad-hoc operational duties as and when assigned

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**

Certificate in Hospitality Management or equivalent with at least 1 year of working experience as Bar Supervisor.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess good knowledge in beverage and cocktail bar service operations
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and customer service oriented
- Able to work independently and take initiatives
- Able to remain calm and composed in a hectic and fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts.
- Native Vietnamese with an excellent command of English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and POS System

Pay: From 10,000,000₫ per month
