Our client is a leading banking who is looking for a talent to join their firm:
1. Execution and supervision of business areas/operations at the Center:

- Organize the provision of traditional banking products and specialized services for the Private customer segment, ensuring service quality, meeting customer needs, and enforcing compliance and risk management.
- Organize marketing programs/sales campaigns for one or multiple product lines and/or target customer segments to expand the customer base.
- Oversee investment advisory services, specialized asset management for the Private segment.
- Coordinate with domestic and international partners on specialized advisory services, asset management.
- Responsible for customer management and/or related operations at the Center.
- Responsible for credit operations delegated by the Center Director.

2. Personnel management:

- Manage the activities of staff under the management authority through task assignment, supervision, evaluation, encouragement, recommendation for rewards, disciplinary actions as per regulations.
- Develop and control training materials, implement training sessions on financial markets, banking products, financial services, management skills, and Private customer development to enhance the knowledge, awareness, and capabilities of staff under management authority.
- Propose strategies and implement policies for staff development, incentive mechanisms, and labor productivity improvement.
- Train and develop successor personnel.
- Build a professional, efficient, and cohesive working environment within the unit.

3. Direct research, propose initiatives, improvements, and monitor assigned projects:

- Direct teams within the Center to research, propose initiatives, improvements, new technology solutions, digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage projects assigned by the Center Director.

4. Other tasks as directed or assigned by the Leadership Board.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree (domestic public or international) in fields such as economics, finance, banking, business administration, or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Banking, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial positions at Banks/Financial institutions in the market.
- Understanding of banking-related legal regulations. Basic knowledge of the organizational structure and operations.
- Knowledge of banking system structure and operation; familiarity with MPA, MIS systems.
- Experience/ability to organize training, activities, and promotional communications.
- Personnel management skills with a team size of 10 or more.
- Goal setting and planning skills.
- Effective presentation and communication skills (internal and external).
- Organizational, management, and sales promotion skills for individual customers.
- Relationship building and development skills.
- Market research and analysis skills.
- Minimum TOEFL-IBT 78, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 690, or equivalent certifications according to organizational standards.
