**Mô tả công việc**
- Xây dựng và giám sát việc thực hiện các quy trình đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng các quy định và tiêu chuẩn của khách hàng trong hệ thống sản xuất, kinh doanh của tập đoàn
- Xây dựng và đưa ra các định hướng phương án cải tiến liên tục các giá trị cốt lõi của hệ thống và quy trình quản lý chất lượng của công ty.
- Xây dựng, kiểm soát và duy trì bộ tài liệu chất lượng cho sản phẩm
- Đảm bảo doanh nghiệp tuân thủ đúng các nguyên tắc nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu về điều kiện sản xuất.
- Đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ về các quy trình, cách thức thực hiện và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
- Xây dựng các tiêu chuẩn đo lường chất lượng cho doanh nghiệp.
- Phối hợp với khách hàng và nhà cung cấp để giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng.
- Cùng các bên liên quan xem xét nguyên nhân và khắc phục hậu quả trong trường hợp xảy ra lỗi và đưa ra phương án phòng ngừa.
- Tổ chức, phối hợp các bộ phận và với bên thứ 3 đánh giá nội bộ và đánh giá hệ thống của các đơn vị trong Tập đoàn.
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Ban lãnh đạo

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành liên quan hoặc có kinh nghiệm quản lý chất lượng trong ngành may mặc
- Có ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý chất lượng ở các vị trí tương đương.
- Có khả năng quản lý thời gian, quản lý nhóm cũng như khả năng làm việc độc lập, chịu được áp lực, cường độ cao trong công việc.
- Ưu tiên sử dụng tiếng anh chuyên ngành
- Kỹ năng thu thập và phân tích thông tin, số liệu, lập báo cáo tốt để xác định xu hướng và phát hiện các vấn đề tiềm ẩn trong hệ thống quản lý chất lượng.
- Kỹ năng làm việc với khách hàng.

Lương: 30.000.000₫ - 40.000.000₫ một tháng
