Navigos Search’s Client is a Japanese contractor in Hanoi, their main projects are factory building and expansion. They are urgently looking for QA Sub Manager as below:

- Interface with all divisions and project sites to implement, develop and maintain the ISO 9001-2015 system.
- Support, control all activities following the ISO 9001 2015 of each party in the Company.

Review and monitor this system annually.
- Coordinate, monitor or conduct Quality procedures at all departments and works sites, to promote awareness on Quality by trainings and to conduct Quality audits as plan.
- Have investigation as regulated period for offices & project / work sites to monitor Quality implementation in compliance with requirements, standards, regulations, specifications, drawings and other relevant documents and submit reports.
- Join quality internal inspection, internal assessment and be involved in completing reports.
- Review departmental standard operation procedures (SOP).
- Make schedule, organize, support / conduct Quality trainings/meetings, prepare recommendation for Authorized Personnel’s approval and other related admin works.
- Support HSE section to check, implement and maintain the ISO 14001 2015, ISO 45001 2018 system.

Certificate of Lead auditor for 3 systems (ISO 9001 2015, ISO 14001 2015 and ISO 45001 2018) is an advantage
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superiors, the management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil and Construction Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum Five (5) years working experience as QA/QC in Construction Industry, preferably in factories.
- Have knowledge and experience to carry out ISO 9001 2015, ISO 14001 2015 and ISO 45001 2018
- Advanced English.
- Good at writing, understanding, interpreting procedures, standards, regulations.
- Good supervision skills.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to communicate with all levels of the management, energetic, assertive, well-organized, disciplined, impartial characteristics.
