QA Technician

**What We Can Offer**:
Our client is FDI buyer in Footwear industry, we are looking for dynamic, active and trustworthy QA Technician (Footwear) who in charge of Footwear Quality: To manage and maintain the quality standards and performance requirements as laid out in the respective through Quality Assurance and control processes. To assure the quality of raw material used as well as manufacturing quality through in-line inspection processes and finally to the assurance of finished goods shipments through AQL inspections. To ensure that the customers quality requirements are met and satisfied.

To ensure Quality Strategy with the Global Quality Strategy and ensure local implementation of both.
To manage input quality: raw material inspection, color matching and testing facilities to ensure that only compliant raw material is used in production.
To manage inspections in-line, to ensure manufacturing is compliant with the Items Description and Quality Manual requirements.
Work with buyer on quality related tasks at factory and ensure all the Quality Management System are executed consistently to meet all buyer’s requirement.
Work proactively with Buyer’s QA on delivery, quality and product safety issues from development to shipment.
Maintain sufficient and capable pool of Auditors who are designated to handle buyer’s production, particularly inspections.
Develop and support Auditors, related party so they can function effectively and efficiently as per Buyer’s regulation and guidelines
To ensure that the quality requirements of the Items Description are interpreted and actioned correctly by production supervisors and operators as well as those responsible for quality inspections.
To ensure that Quality management and AQL finished goods inspections are carried out correctly and thoroughly and implement the Product Safety and Label Policies.
Using quality data to correct quality problems and that the resources of the quality team are used in the areas of most need. Decision maker with quality issues.
To make use of Root Cause Analysis when managing investigations into quality complaints and secure corrective actions.
Ensure that the quality targets as established are known by all concerned and achieved, with particular regard to 0% defect shipments.
To set and implement KPI, protect compliance to those targets through regular assessment and review.
To manage team and conduct needed training to inspectors/ staffs

**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor degree
Experience in the capacity of QA/ Production management in factory
Expert/ Good Knowledge in commercialization is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills
Good command of English
Good knowledge of computer usage, especially knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
