- Job Summary:
- Mixing drinks: make syrups, infusions, mixed drinks, and cocktails of all types to fulfill customer orders.- Clean and organize bar: keep the bar area clean and organized, maintaining all sanitation standards.- Maintain alcohol inventory: responsible for keeping the bar well stocked and fully supplied.- Prepare all drinks listed in menu and mix drinks to guest order.- Requirement:
- Fulfilled training in bartending.- At least 2 years previous experience as a Mixologist/Cocktail bartender in an upscale hotel or cocktail bar would be essential.- Can communicate well in English.
