**Mô tả công việc - Managing works such as**: taxi management, air booking, business travel insurance for employees
- Manage the general day to day running and administrative duties of all office electricity fee, green tree rental service, flower booking, postal duties, in-out documents. Manage all aspects associated with the existing reception contractors and their services. Interface with the landlord for provision of services in lease, follow up and control office rental contract. Management of all access control cards/ booking that will include visitor passes, employee passes, parking cards and all related contracts etc. Organizing events (Team building, Year End Party, office decoration, etc.)
- Manage notarized documents, filing cabinets and locker keys as regulation. Make announcement to staff of the time off schedules on Holidays, Tet, etc. Follow up, implement and manage contracts and payment for services
- Make reports as assigned accurately & timely.
