DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Be responsible for performance and capability of team members in responsible area
- Act as a key role to collaborate with both internal and external teams locally or regionally
- Able to provide strategic inputs (routing, fuel, performance metrics, etc.) for managers in order to improve fleet performance
- Identify opportunities, develop initiatives and able to lead strategic projects to improve operation
- Optimise operation performance in the matter of SLA and cost
- Able to lead supervisors in general topics such as standardising operation, optimising processes and so on.
- Review the analysis of daily monitoring and ad-hoc projects
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly/yearly KPI and contribute to solutions
- Monitor implementation of SOPs ensuring compliance, consistency and continuous improvement
- Participate in BAU/spike planning and executing
- Develop and maintain a fleet operations policy manual that outlines responsibilities and procedures for all fleet operations staff members

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain and other economics, business major is preferred
- More than 4 years of holding the same position in logistics industry
- Good analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
- Be able to manage tasks and follow strict deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Master Excel/Reporting & Analytical tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English
- Experienced in SOP design and optimization
- Previous work experience in Big Four as a consultant
- Experienced in building team and team management
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills
