**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Từ 10 triệu VNĐ)
1. Định hướng, xây dựng và phát triển kênh Tiktok
2. Thực hiện sáng tạo nội dung, quay, dựng video Tiktok, phụ trách hoạt động truyền thông
nội bộ nhằm xây dựng văn hóa doanh nghiệp.
3. Kết hợp cùng team sản xuất quay, dựng Tiktok video
4. Tìm kiếm và liên kết với KOLs, KOCs phục vụ các chiến dịch truyền thông của tổ chức
5. Cùng Trưởng nhóm xây dựng & phát triển Cộng đồng KOLs, KOCs
6. Có khả năng lên kế hoạch, tổ chức triển khai livestream bán hàng trên tiktok
7. Hỗ trợ team content triển khai, sáng tạo nội dung ở các kênh truyền thông, marketing khác.
8. Nghiên cứu trends, tìm hiểu các thức hoạt động, thuật toán theo thời gian của TikTok
9. Tham gia sản xuất nội dung khác khi có yêu cầu từ cấp trên
10. Chi tiết công việc sẽ trao đổi thêm trong buổi phỏng vấn

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Nam/Nữ : Tuổi từ 23-29
2. Có kinh nghiệm trong việc tạo ra nội dung TikTok và hiểu biết về cách làm để tăng lượt theo
dõi và tương tác.
3. Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ chỉnh sửa video để tạo ra nội dung TikTok.
4. Sáng tạo, năng động, có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm.
5. Có khả năng học hỏi nhanh và thích thử thách mới.
6. Có khả năng quản lý thời gian tốt để đảm bảo tiến độ công việc trong nhóm.
7. Có chứng chỉ hoặc kinh nghiệm về quản lý nội dung trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội.
8. Có kênh Tiktok trên 1000 followers là 1 lợi thế
9. Am hiểu mạng xã hội TikTok và các kênh truyền thông: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube,...
10. Có kinh nghiệm 1 - 2 năm ở vị trí tương đương
11. Am hiểu mạng xã hội TikTok và các kênh truyền thông:Facebook,Instagram,Youtube
