**Job Description**:

Then this position is designed for you

**As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you have a chance to learn & practice including but not limited to**:

- Handle hiring requests for both technical and non -technical jobs including:

- Collecting hiring demands: work with Hiring Director/Hiring Manager to finalize the hiring demands & JDs as well as fulfillment timeline.
- Defining a plan to fulfill the hiring requests.
- Selection: phone interview, schedule interview, assign technical test, joining interview, collect interview feedback, etc.
- Oversighting the hiring process & progress.
- Joining the team bonding, team building and sharing activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Leader/ Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th-year students in Human Resources, Business Administration or related majors.
- Have strong passion and good knowledge in Human Resources field, especially Recruitment
- Can work a minimum 3.5 days/ week.
- At least 3-6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Friendly, patient, proactive and self-motivation.
- A good team player with high responsibility, customer-oriented, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
