JOB OVERVIEW/OBJECTIVES
Manage and streamline our end-to-end procurement process, ensuring efficient, timely and accurate acquisition, production, OTIF delivery and payment of goods. Main responsible is processing document, compile request for orders and shipments, systematizing and updating information on our ERP and SCM tools, pre-production and production schedule follow up.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting End to End Procure to Pay process
- PIR Clarification with Internal customer i.e., sourcing product development, demand and supply, and 3rd parties/supplier includes but not limit to goods availability, documents, delivery dates.
- Compile data and maintain in vendor portal (i.e., OSCA) and vendor queries resolution
- Accountable on document accuracy for sample and trade goods shipments, ensures all documents compliance to complete shipment in respect to buying i.e., Packing list and Invoice
- Responsible on shipment complete and execute confirmation of Final Shipping Note in vendor portal, thus inbound delivery to be create in the ordering system S4
- Monitor sufficient data interface between order system and vendor portal (S4 to OSCA )
- Execute over-deliveries notification and Inbound delivery creations, then monitor IBD posted in the systems to enable goods receipt in warehouse
- Manage good receipt of samples and trade goods for all destinations and offices
- Monitor goods movement posted and control manual goods receipt of samples to the headquarter
- Process invoice parking in S4 and maintain status update on parked documents (ETA + GR)
- Post Invoice for goods receipt and as well coordination with Finance for supplier payment settlement
- Develop and owning reports and evaluation to track shipping documents, goods movement and invoice status to enable P2P process accomplished
- Support Superiors for Purchase related tasks and optimization projects.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Proficient perform and work across in Microsoft Office programs
- Business Excel skills, include data validation, PivotTables, conditional formatting, advance charting and formulas, conducting spreadsheet designs
- Experience with ERP and P2P tools, ideally with S/4 Hana preferred
- Fluent in English, clarity on spoken and writing.
- Detail oriented with strong follow through
- Able to organize and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to react to change flexibility
- Collaborative team player
- Knowledge of garment production preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education in Business Administration, Supply-Chain Management or Procurement.
- 1-3 years experience in P2P_Procurement within SAP or similar ERP
- 1-3 years experience managing Production, vendor relationship, WIP.
- Previous experience in Apparel, Footwear or Textile accessories are preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable)
- Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment.
- Extensive use of office equipment to include computer, calculator, copier, fax, and other business related machines and software.
- Enjoy having ownership for your responsibilities but on the same time enjoy Team working.
- Enjoys working in a multicultural environment
- Travel should be expected.
