Regional Business Development Manager

Develop strategic plans for Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and identify key initiatives for long-term growth in E-commerce and offline markets.
- Create and execute the B2C business strategy for E-commerce based on market insights and competition analysis.
- Identify E-commerce growth trends and develop programs to capitalize on opportunities for the best customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to strengthen market position.
- Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams to develop annual plans for new product listings, merchandising, and promotions.
- Develop and implement media strategies in Search, Paid Media, and SEO to drive traffic to the flagship store.
- Work with E-commerce content agency to deploy social content and live broadcasts to drive sales.
- Collaborate with E-commerce partners to optimize flagship store technical structure, design, content, and pricing for better conversion and basket size.
- Maintain strategic relationships with distributors and key accounts, establish joint business plans, and conduct regular business reviews.
- Work with Customer Service team to improve order fulfillment and communicate sales forecasts within the company.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payments and mutual understanding with partners.
- Reports To: Commercial Director Asia
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration or related discipline field.
- 10+ years’ experience in Consumer Product sales in Vietnam and Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand
- Previous experience in distributor management and key account management is a must.
- Entrepreneurship/ passion to the business.
- Good strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate consumer trends and formulate actionable customer programs through the use of data.
- Ability to lead and navigate through cross-functional areas internally and the customer level.
- Fluent in English language skills.
