- Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity

Luôn đón tiếp khách với một thái độ niềm nở và thân thiện, đồng thời cố gắng nhớ và sử dụng tên của khách mọi lúc có thể.
- Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures

Đăng ký và nhận phòng tất cả khách đến theo đúng quy trình của khách sạn
- Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures

Hiểu biết rõ về các tiêu chuẩn và quy trình của bộ phận
- Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation

Thực hiện các thủ tục nhận phòng, trả phòng, thay đổi phòng và đảm bảo tất cả dữ liệu được nhập hoàn toàn vào hệ thống khách sạn tương ứng với dữ liệu của bộ phận đặt phòng.
- Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received

Duy trì quỹ thu ngân và đảm bảo báo cáo hàng ngày chính xác về tất cả số tiền nhận được
- Cashes hotel guest’s personal and travelers checks and assists with currency exchange

Hỗ trợ đổi tiền từ séc cá nhân và séc du lịch của khách.
- Keeps abreast of all modifications to accounting policies and procedures

Theo sát tất cả các sửa đổi đối với các chính sách và thủ tục kế toán
- Responsible and attends to guest’s request of using the service of safety box at all times

Chịu trách nhiệm và luôn hỗ trợ với yêu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ két sắt của khách.
- Knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures, for programs such as; Seasonal Packages, Frequent Flyers Programs, and also Melia Hotels Group MAS membership programs.

Hiểu rõ về tất cả các thủ tục khuyến mãi đặc biệt cho các chương trình như: Gói theo mùa, Chương trình khách hàng thường xuyên và cả chương trình thành viên MAS của Tập đoàn khách sạn Melia.
- Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, referees problems to supervisor/Duty Manager if he/she unable to assist

Giải quyết các khiếu nại, thắc mắc và yêu cầu của khách, báo cáo các vấn đề cho người giám sát/Quản lý Trực ca trong trường hợp không thể tự hỗ trợ.
- Be familiar with other Melia Hotels and Resorts so that guest indicating any next destination on the registration card can be “sold” an onward booking to another Melia Hotels

Nẵm rõ thông tin về các Khách sạn và Khu nghỉ dưỡng khác trong tập đoàn Melia để hỗ trợ tư vấn đặt phòng trước nếu các cơ sở nghỉ dưỡng này ở trong khu vực điểm đến du lịch tiếp theo của khách
- Does everything possible to ensure that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service

- Performs the audit balances and prepares all works for audit in an orderly fashion

- When on night shift, checks night report, prepare the morning report and prepare all necessary forms for the guest arrival

- Maintains exemplary deportment standards of behavior and appearance and attitude as expected in a Hotel Brand

- Takes personal interest and pride to ensure that the front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all times

- Endeavors to maintain the high standards of the hotel with particular regard to the importance of MAS member and other VIP’s and with reference to hotel and to be a health or safety hazard
