Our client is an educational institution in Southeast Asia offering students a long term learning path, who is searching for experienced talent to joint their firmEngage in discussions with both domestic and international strategic investment funds, supporting the head of the investment promotion department in negotiating investment contracts.Participate in coordination with various departments to carry out investment appraisal tasks, negotiate contracts, and establish an ESG-standard investment system for the company.Build strategic and operations plans for analyzing the businesss activities as requested by the department head and the Board of Directors.Create market research reports for expansion, business development, and investment plans.Collaborate with potential partners for M&A transactions.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelors Degree.- At least 4+ years of experience working in roles such as strategic consulting, investment, and project coordination.Possess strong relationship-building skills, excellent business acumen, and a solid understanding of business and investment.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and proficient data analysis capabilitiesProficient in both written and spoken English.
