**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Complete a variety of supportive tasks that facilitate Managers’ ability to effectively lead the organization, including but not limited to managing meeting schedules; preparing, maintaining reports, documents, presentations, correspondences for internal/external communications; recording meeting minutes and managing tasks, issues, risks and action items; ensuring task completion as directed by Managers.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings and decision-making processes.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Monitoring progress and performance, helping teams to make improvements.
- Work closely with Managers to keep them informed of upcoming schedules, commitments and responsibility.
- Other duties as assigned for the overall benefits of the organization.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 3 years of experience in assistant or equivalent positions for Senior level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to convey important information clearly and effectively. (both English & Vietnamese).
- Be able to synthesize information for various reporting purposes.
- Responsible, goal-oriented and organized.
- Strong attention to details and able to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, conflict-resolution and strategic-thinking skills.
- Strong relationship management skills, be able to work collaboratively with other teams, departments and external parties.
- Excellent customer engagement skills.
