Vestas Asia Pacific (APAC) provides both sales and service of wind power plants in Australia, New Zealand, India, China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Mongolia and other countries in Asia.

In the Service Department, our focus is to provide our clients with high quality and best possible production of their wind power plants. With our long-standing good experience with and service experience globally, we work to ensure that we maintain our clients' plants effectively to get the most out of each turbine while upholding to our commitment to safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote a safe work culture within Vietnam Service organization and your direct reports to improve site safety performance
- Develop your team with inclusive and intent based leadership while focusing on your team's professional development
- Interface with financial controlling teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data and reporting (cost allocation, capital investment, profit & loss, contract health) for service business to comply with month-end activities and audit requirements
- Supervise and ensure all service business cost are transparent and accurately booked
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to simplify and streamline business processes
- Facilitate business improvement initiatives
- Lead and support site spare part inventory management and stock take activities
- Demonstrate leadership and engagement, ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining professional quality through effective collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders
- Implement standard operating procedures related to the storage of and access to electronic records and hard-copy files; conduct an annual audit of our practices for maintaining data to ensure compliance; serve as the implementation lead for the transferal of files to SharePoint
- Support and ensure any new hire are experienced the onboard process, ensure service personnels are trained on controls within the function and on Training Pipeline
- Handling purchasing contracts, key suppliers, and vendors (overseas and domestics) and ensure payments to suppliers, vendors to be released on agreement payment terms
- Organize and supervise other Vietnam Service organization activities

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Business or Administration Trade background (or similar equivalent)
- Experience in supervising and leading direct reports
- Experience in maintenance operations, provided with experience in lean methodologies
- Management and reporting of budgetary requirements
- Experience providing service with direct customer interface in following industry such as wind industry, heavy machinery industry, construction, rotating machinery, chemical refinery, petroleum, shipyard/ship repair, marine industry
- Experience in high stress situations in operations / service management environment

Competencies
- High people management, project management and coordination skills.
- Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to different work cultures, integrating multicultural teams and working in a remote location.
- Understanding and familiarity with database systems (SharePoint)
- English language: at least business-level fluency (speaking, reading, writing)
